Do you ship outside of the United States?

How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, Please email your request and Order number to [email protected] In the event of a canceled order request, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your order has been canceled.

*Please note: Refund payments may take 7-21 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

What should I do if I never receive my order?

Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team with the order number and we’ll be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our website offers ONLY one payment option for your convenience and safety. We accept Paypal which is one of the most secured online payment gateway that will protect your right regarding your benefits. 

Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS. 

How do I place my order?

Ordering online from Fragrancewardrobe.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the attributes and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes or Z Points that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

How do I use coupons or gift cards?

To use a coupon code or a gift card, enter it into the “Gift card or coupon” field during checkout and click “Apply.

Please note that each code can only be used once. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

 How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). And will be delivered within 4-8 business days for more information please check out our Shipping Policy.
